Jeffreys Bay is the heart of the Kouga region on the Eastern Cape coast, under an hour’s drive west of Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). It is best known for Supertubes, the right-hand point break that hosts the J-Bay Open on the world surf tour, but the town is far more than a surf spot.
